Located in the beautiful South Seas gated resort style community, our stunning, updated 18th floor, tower 3 condo sits high above the shimmering Gulf waters, overlooking the natural beauty of Tigertail Beach and the large heated pool. We are perfectly situated to enjoy the magnificent sunsets fading into the Gulf of Mexico from the expansive balcony. If you are looking for a relaxing or invigorating beach adventure, look no further! Enjoy comfort and style in this lovely two bedroom (2 beds), two bath condo stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach or pool or wherever the sun and salty air take you.  Unit #1801 to is directly next door.  Book together to accommodate larger groups.

• Entryway - You will fall in love the minute you enter when you are greeted by the unparalleled 18th story views of the Gulf of Mexico.

• Kitchen - Our beautiful, updated kitchen with white shaker cabinetry and peninsula is open to the dining and living area and has beautiful ocean views.  You won't mind washing dishes with the peaceful view, but you also don't have to with the dishwasher and supplied dishwasher detergent.  The kitchen is well-stocked with all the cooking necessities you will need.  We have also set up a coffee/tea bar to kickoff your stay!

• Dining Area - The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room and is set up to comfortably seat six plus additional bar seating.

• Living Room - The beautiful and cozy living room has a triple sliding door to the balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and pool where you can also catch endless sunsets fading into the ocean.  A flatscreen smart TV, cable and Blu-ray DVD player along with an extensive DVD collection, board games and books make days (or nights) inside just as spectacular as those out on the island.  A sleeper sectional sofa provides ample room to enjoy a movie night.

• Balcony - The 25 foot tiled balcony houses a table and chairs plus a sectional for you to enjoy the beautiful Marco Island weather, gorgeous views and sunsets and a drink or meal.

• Primary Bedroom - The primary bedroom opens to the balcony for beautiful views.  Fall asleep at night, and wake up in the morning, to the soothing sounds of the surf.  The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath, large closets, king size bed and flat screen smart TV.  

• Ensuite Primary Bath - The primary bath has a tub/shower combo.  We are environmentally friendly and supply refillable bottles of spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion and a hair dryer.

• Guest Bedroom - The guest bedroom has beautiful views of Marco Island and Smokehouse Bay.  There is a new (June 2024) Pottery Barn King Bed and night stands.  There is a large closet and a desk suitable to work from home as necessary, particularly with the high-speed WiFi.   

• Guest Bath - The guest bath has a tub/shower combo and all the supplies that the master bath has including a hair dryer.

• Closet - We have stocked two closets with all the supplies you will need for a relaxing beach vacation. From bath linens, to beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, tennis and pickleball racquets, all you have to do is get yourself to the beach!

**Please note, while we are located right on Tigertail Beach, it is an 8 - 10 minute walk to the shore**
